If the old adage of power in numbers holds true, a dynamic new coalition of key organizations across Berrien County is laying down a huge baseline of support in paving a pathway for the safe and thoughtful reopening of the local economy in Michigan’s Great Southwest.
“Berrien Reopens” is the name of a community group that created a website aimed at providing guidance and resources for business owners during the reopening process. The purpose of the website is to ensure that businesses are prepared to reopen when Michigan’s stay-at-home orders are lifted.
There is a lot going on behind the scenes to help our local business reopen and do so safely. Cornerstone Alliance and Kinexus Group are two of the organizations involved in BerrienReopens.org. Rob and Todd talk about this collaboration and resources available.
BERRIEN REOPENS is funded in part through a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA)
